History:
SARIR started computer business in 1994 as one of the first IT distributor companies in IRAN. Since then, Sarir high lighted after sale service for consumers to increase their trust of computer products. After few years “SARIR SERVICE CENTER. LTD” (S.S.C.) founded as a special organization for after sale service of SARIR distributed products in whole around IRAN. Now, SARIR guarantee is one of the best and trustable trade marks in IT market in Iran. The quantity of parts witch guarantied by Sarir service is over 1,080,000 PCS per year and there are over 20,000 consumers who S.S.C. provides any services to them.
FACILITIES:
Years after Years Sarir Service Center (S.S.C.) facilities and properties become improved, during last 10 years. Right now it contains: After sale service facilities: - At least 350m2 working space for central office in Tehran. - 20 full time and 3 half time personnel. - Over 40m2 space for visitor’s waiting room and reception. Technical facilities:
- 13 technicians and computer electronic specialists.
- 2 benches for ODD services, 3 benches for notebook, 3 benches for memory modules (RAM, Flash), 2 benches for quality control (Q.C.) and 3 benches for other devices.
- 2 set of VERSA-V RAM tester for DDR & DDR2 modules.
- Full repairing tools like: soldering and resoldering tools, BGA machine, multi meters, debuggers and etc.

Which Brands do we work on:
Sarir believes Kinds of brand and product that a service center accepts the warranty term introduce the characteristic of that company. There for Sarir service accurately choose the brands and products under its support.
The official brands that we are working on are Suzuki, Kingston, Plextor and Pioneer - Suzuki (Singapore) is our main brand and Sarir service is the only center that covers the after sale services for it's product in Iran.
- Kingston (Singapore) is one of the independent world leaders in memory products and Sarir service is the first after sale service center which supports it's products specially memory modules in Iran.
- Plextor (Japan) and Pioneer (Taiwan) also are two of the most reputable brands in ODD products. For these two also Sarir service is the only after sale service center in Iran.
- Clevo (Taiwan) which is a great company; Sarir service handles its after sale services in Iran.

Other unofficial brands that we are working with are: Samsung, Transcend, Dell, Advance and Western Digital. In an effort to become more reliable we are completely fettered to the terms of the agreement with the working company. As an instance the quantity and conditions being devised for RMA will be discussed in the very first step of cooperation:
- Pioneer: Sarir service sends the RAM's serial and will receive the device in return. The Pioneer Company also equips us with the related test tools and soft wares.
- Plextor: Sarir service sends the RAM's serial and will receive the Credit note in return.
- Kingston: Sarir service sends the RMA and receives the device or its credit note in return.
- Clevo: Sarir service repairs the devices and sends the damaged parts to the company so will receive the spare parts. Although Clevo equips us with the useful tools and software and also trains our staff.
- Suzuki: Sarir service sends the serials and receives the device or its credit note. Also we receive the spare parts and being equipped with tools and software. Suzuki has managed some training sessions for our technicians.

We support the customers all around Iran. For better and more quick services beside the Tehran central office there are 9 other branches who provide service and support for customers. These branches located in below cities: Tabriz, Orumiye, Mashad, Isfahan, Qom, Kermanshah, Shiraz, Ahwaz and Dezful.
